Glide Gear POV100 Helmet (L / XL)

I now know why everyone was complaining about the comfort. Out of the box, the helmet feels okay - not either comfortable or uncomfortable. The problem is when you have to put the camera mount on. the mount consists of a cross bar with 1/4 20 mount for the camera and then 2 rails on each side. The larger rail that attaches to the helmet is shown in the pictures and in the directions as the outermost rail however what you will receive is the opposite - it is setup as the inner most rail. This causes the rails to pinch the helmet inward on both sides since the the rails don't sit flush - they are forced flush by the screws. I initially thought I could easily swap the large rail to the outside to be like the pictures but there are rosettes on both sides of the rails so you will experience major sagging issues. As it stands now with the rails, this thing is super uncomfortable - I would argue unbearable. The production of this product is flawed and I don't think should continue to sell it.
