This Anton/Bauer Low Mode V-Mount Battery Bracket Adapter is designed to convert the V-mount battery plate of any RED DSMC2 V-Lock Expander Module to a lower height V-mount battery plate. This allows you to use your V-mount batteries with RED DSMC2 cameras, allowing you to use standard V-mount batteries with RED DSMC2 cameras and the top handle accessory. The top of the adapter sits flush with the top of the camera and expander module, keeping your camera s profile low.
The adapter mounts onto the V-mount and requires no tools to be installed or removed. Please note that the adapter passes power to your camera and transmits voltage information to be displayed in your camera s viewfinder.
