This V-Mount Plate from Wooden Camera connects a V-mount battery to your Sony a7, a7R, a7S, a7R II, a7S II, or other Alpha series cameras. The V-mount battery`s power is greater than the camera`s standard battery, providing a longer runtime. The plate connects to the camera via a dummy battery, attached to an integrated 16" cable. A built-in regulator ensures that the correct voltage is delivered to the camera. The plate also features two D-Tap ports that provide 12 to 16V of power for accessories.
The V-Mount Plate may be mounted on your rig using a Wooden Camera`s Battery Slide mounting adapter (sold separately). It can also be mounted like any standard V-mount plate.
