The kit includes four NANO Micro 50 V-mount lithium-ion batteries, an X4S 4-position V-mount fast charger, and a V-mount Sharkfin dual battery plate.

Each battery features 14.8V power, 49Wh capacity, up to 6A continuous draw, a 4-step LED status gauge, one D-Tap output, and one 5V USB-A output. The charger can simultaneously charge the four batteries using a 2.6A charge, and it can also do a rapid charge of two batteries in approximately 2.5 hours. The Sharkfin plate features a direct V-mount for your camera or light and two V-mount plates on either side to power your gear for longer.

The battery features 14.8V output to power your professional devices, and it supports up to 6A continuous draw.

The battery provides one unregulated D-Tap output port, and it also features one 5V USB Type-A port to charge smaller devices such as a smartphone. The 4-stage LED gauge shows the battery level status. The NANO Micro can be charged on a Core SWX or most third-party V-mount chargers, as well as via the D-Tap port.

Lightweight and compact, the Core SWX Quad Micro Battery Fast Charger can charge either four micro or two standard-sized V-mount batteries. Two 98Wh batteries can be fast-charged at 3.0A in under 2.5 hours or four at 2.6A.

Core SWX Sharkfin Battery Plate for V-Mount Camera

The V-mount Sharkfin Battery Plate from Core SWX enables you to continuously power any camera with a V-mount battery plate, such as the RED V-RAPTOR cinema camera, using two V-mount batteries. The sharkfin design mounts two batteries side by side, enabling you to remove a depleted battery while leaving the remaining battery connected, resulting in no camera downtime. This plate incorporates two D-Tap output ports for powering accessories.

The batteries can power the camera by discharging at the same time, or you can choose to discharge them one at a time and use the hot swap function. Since the ports on some cameras such as the RED V-RAPTOR are on the back, to prevent blocking them, the plate can slide away from the back of the camera to make room for your cables to plug in. Each D-Tap and power output to the camera is unregulated 11 to 17 VDC.

Compatibility

The adapter is compatible with any camera with a V-mount battery mount, such as the RED RAPTOR cinema camera.
