The battery in coated in a rubber-like substance that makes it bump and impact resistant and gives it a grippy surface. Inside are Grade A, Samsung lithium-ion cells insuring a long life without memory-effect. The battery powers a 50W LED light for 5.5-5.75 hours. A 4 LED gauge keeps you appraised of power status.
The top of the battery has a D-Tap / P-Tap power output port for a second source up to 50 watts. The output operates at a 14.8V nominal voltage and is electronically and independently protected against shorts and overload.
