Switch, monitor, and control up to four PTZ cameras over fiber optic cable using the Fiber Dock One from FieldCast. The 1 RU Fiber Dock One features four hybrid fiber inputs to connect up to four PTZ Monk fiber connectors to add control, power, and monitoring of up to four 3G-SDI PTZ cameras.

The dock features four hybrid fiber inputs, four 3G-SDI outputs for monitoring and switching, a LAN Ethernet port, and a 4-pin XLR power for an optional IP controller. The fiber connectors provide 24 VDC to the separately available PTZ Monk units, and those units convert the power to provide 12 VDC to each camera via the power outputs on the Monk units. A power cable is included with the Dock.

Control your PTZ camera via SDI using the Fiber Dock One or Fiber Node using this PTZ Monk from FieldCast. The PTZ Monk features a 3G-SDI input from an HD PTZ camera and it outputs video to the Fiber Dock One via a fiber optic output. The RJ45 port allows the PTZ Monk to be on the LAN so the Fiber Dock One can also control the PTZ camera. The fiber connector also provides 24 VDC power to the PTZ Monk, which converts the voltage to 12 VDC output via the PTZ Monk s 4-pin XLR output to pass through power the camera from the fiber connection. A Fiber Dock One can simultaneously control up to four PTZ cameras, each using a PTZ Monk.
