Nimbus WiMi1100 Overview
Extend the wireless distance between your WiMi Series transmitter and receiver with the WiMi 1100 Lan2Wireless Bridge/Repeater System from Nimbus. Compatible with select Nimbus transmitter/receiver systems, including the WiMi6220, WiMi5150A, WiMi5200, and WiMi5200A, the WiMi 1100 system comes with two WiMi 1100 units, each one with three ANT6 antenna pieces to aid you in extending the coverage of your wireless network to up to 1.5 miles. A DIP switch facilitates Wi-Fi frequency setting.
The WiMi 1100 has a One-to-One mode that allows network packets to be sent from one point to another a One-to-Many mode, which facilitates the distribution of one signal to multiple recipients and an Extender mode, which enables the WiMi 1100 to act as a repeater and boost the signal so that the unit can be used instead of using fiber connectivity. An L-series battery plate comes with each unit, allowing you to power the unit using optional L-series batteries. You can also get power to each WiMi 1100 using the included DCA12M power adapters or via PoE (Power over Ethernet).
