The recorder offers a dedicated interface for this camera, and the two connect over an optional cable that s available in different lengths. Compact and lightweight, the advanced Camera Head can be installed in hard-to-access places to provide a professional capture solution for the portable recorder.

The Camera Head records up to UHD 4K resolution at 29.97/23.98/25 fps, and it has a 20x optical zoom lens that covers a range from 29.5mm wide-angle to 612mm close-up shots, for various applications. Furthermore, it s packed with features such as stabilization, color correction, an optical ND filter, focus assist, stereo mic, and more.

Panasonic AG-UMR20 Memory Card Portable Recorder for AG-UCK20GJ Camera Head

Add a high-capacity video recorder to your AG-UCK20GJ camera head or SDI input with this AG-UMR20 Memory Card Portable Recorder from Panasonic. The portable recorder allows you to record up to UHD 4K AVCHD or MP4 video onto dual SDHC/SDXC memory cards from the separately available AG-UCK20GJ camera head using its 20-pin interface or from a 3G-SDI input source.

The recorder features 3G-SDI, HDMI type A, and mini-USB Type-B outputs, so you can output your video while recording to other sources for recording to a USB drive or sending your signal to a video switcher. The unit can also stream in a variety of formats such as H.264 and AAC and streaming protocols such as RTSP, HTTP, and multicast, or unicast via a LAN port using compatible macOS, iOS, Android, or Windows software. The recorder can also capture still images in JPEG format. It features analog stereo audio input via its 3.5mm input jack to embed audio into your recordings.

You can pass control through to the AG-UCK20GJ camera head via its 2.5mm jack to control zoom and via its 3.5mm jack to control focus and iris using separately available camera controllers such as the AW-RP50, AW-RP120G, or AK-HRP200G. The integrated 3.5" LCD screen allows you to manage and configure the settings using the buttons on the front. An AC adapter is included to power the recorder, and it also passes power to the AG-UCK20GJ camera head.
