Abakus 120 Overview
The Abakus 132 Converter is a lens mount converter for Super 16mm cameras utilizing the PL mount. This adapter attaches to the PL mount and allows that camera to use 2/3" B4 mount video lenses.
Note:
Only cameras with Super 16mm PL mounts should be used with this adapter “ vignetting has been known to occur with other types of PL-mount cameras.
Magnification
Featuring high-quality optics, this converter offers a magnification factor of 1.32x.
Application
B4 mount lenses offer a variety of wide-zoom and tele-zoom lenses that may be a better option than PL mount lenses used for Super 16 film cameras. Also when matching cameras, the same lens offers the same depth of field opportunity to create similar images for editing.
