The adapter also has a threaded inner wall and matte finish, which helps reduce glare that could negatively affect your image. A 1/4 -20 thread on the bottom allows you to attach a separately available cage-specific adapter support. Durable aluminum alloy and stainless steel create a solid construction, and an included custom PL port cap protects the lens attachment opening when not in use.
