Just the accessory you need when mounting an infrared rangefinder tool on your camera for precise focus pulls without relying on pulling our a tape measure, the Cine Tape Rangefinder Mount Kit from Bright Tangerine mounts securely onto your Misfit Kick or Misfit Kick 360 matte box and supports a variety of measuring devices such as the CineTape, UDM-1, Cine RT Focusbug, or other optical measuring devices. The kit includes the Rangefinder Mount as well as the Rangefinder carriage. Simply attach the mount onto your matte box, and slide the carriage on. The rail features spring-loaded stops that help prevent the carriage from accidentally sliding off the rail, allowing you to position the carriage anywhere along the width of the matte box.
The carriage itself features an ARRI accessory mounting hole with anti-twist detents to prevent your device from spinning on the mount. The carriage also swings out of the way, so you can access any filters you are using, and then swings back once you are done. Eight detents set 45deg; apart enable you to set the position of your device on the carriage where you need it, quickly move it to access filters, and return it to the set position without having to recalibrate your measuring device. The setup allows you to use the eyebrow for your matte box.
Bright Tangerine Cine Tape Rangefinder Rail
Secure your Cine Tape Rangefinder Carriage to your Kick Misfit or Kick Misfit 360 via the Cine Tape Rangefinder Rail from Bright Tangerine. Choose a position that affords your rangefinder the optimal line of sight, a requirement for many high-end optical measurement device.
The distance between the mounting points is as wide as possible for maximum stability. Safety stops are located at either end of the rail, keeping your optical measuring device securely attached, even when loosened for repositioning.
This product requires the Bright Tangerine Cine Tape Rangefinder Mounting Brackets to link the matte box and the rail.

Swing your rangefinder out of harm`s way for quick lens or filter swaps with the pivoting Cine Tape Rangefinder Carriage from Bright Tangerine. It then rotates back exactly to the same plane, saving the trouble of recalibrating the rangefinder for an accurate read of distance.
Its 3/8"-16 anti-twist mount attaches to an articulating arm of a rangefinder (available separately). It attaches to your existing matte box, perfectly positioned by sliding along an ARRI LMB Accessory Adapter or Bright Tangerine Rangefinder Rail (available separately).
