Tilta Nucleus Nano II Control Handle

First understand I gave Tilta's new shoulder rig 5 stars and the hand-wheel 5 stars as well. But this thing is a serious miss - so much so that I'm returning it. A) The display is microscopic! I gave it to my 14 year old nephew with perfect eyesight and he couldn't read it. You literally have to have a magnifying glass and be in dim light to see it. The previous model, which I also own, was much brighter and larger. Tilta literally went backwards with this display. A good redesign would allow you to access the handle's information and setup via the large, bright screen on the connected handwheel - but not at present on this product. B) The handle is too short. My average size hand fits around it fine, but not after I attach the hand-wheel which causes my knuckle to press against the bottom of the wheel and I have to slide my hand off the bottom of the grip to compensate. Maybe Tilta had very small people design it? C) I had only minimal issues upgrading the firmware on the hand-wheel and the new motors, but this thing was impossible. I spent half a day repeatedly getting it to progress up to the 100% indicator... then nothing. It fails and wants to start over again. Never could get it to work despite carefully troubleshooting re Tilta's website firmware update log. D) Despite multiple tries I could not get it to pair with the Tilta receiver (TRA-WCR) on the DJI RS2 gimbal. It simply refused. E) The handwheel's contacts are quite hard to align properly with the pins on the handle. The wheel came loose several times after I thought it was locked on when it wasn't. The NP style battery is a great idea - but far outweighed by this product's fatal flaws. I'm now mounting the new handwheel on the old handle (#TIGAARGRCH) which works just fine. Only thing you lose is the ability of the handle to power the handwheel. Sorry Tilta - great products but this one needs help.
