This sunhood is designed to secure to the 1/4 -20 threaded hole on the top of the monitor using an included thumbscrew. The thumbscrew offers a 1/4 -20 female threaded hole on top so you don t lose the monitor s threaded hole. A viewing cover is also included that magnetically snaps to the sunhood to provide an even more concentrated viewing window.
