Instead of screwing and unscrewing, simply pull off the top, attach your gear to it, and then easily and securely push it right back in. The adapter features a pull-to-release top with a 1/4 -20 threaded screw, and on the bottom has an M6 threaded screw. The top portion is also outfitted with a non-slip rubber mounting surface for optimal safety and stability.
