With its full-frame design, this cage serves as a protective exoskeleton that increases your accessory mounting options without impinging on any of the monitor s functionality. Your monitor fits securely into the cage and is held in place by the two included 1/4 -20 mounting screws.
The top and bottom of the cage offer multiple 1/4 -20 threads, and the bottom has ARRI anti-twist divots to help hold accessories in place. Moreover, one of the bottom 1/4 -20 threads comes with a reduction screw that you can remove to convert to 3/8 -20. Also featured are two integrated NATO rails for easy quick release mounting of compatible accessories. Lastly, the cage comes with an HDMI clamp that helps prevent accidental disconnection while protecting your monitor s HDMI port.
