Featuring a 7 480 x 234-resolution TFT LCD panel, this Iris LCD Video Monitor from ProAm USA accepts standard-definition NTSC or PAL composite video sources for easy viewing. If your camera is mounted on a jib or a crane, a monitor is essential for checking your composition. This monitor is also useful mounted atop your camera. The 7 LCD provides more screen real estate than the LCDs available on most cameras. Having a larger screen makes it easier to check your composition as well as focus your camera s lens to ensure that your subject is consistently sharp.
The LCD panel is capable of displaying 16:9 footage as well as legacy 4:3 footage from older camcorders. You can also adjust the color, brightness, and contrast of the display to match your workflow.
