The YN-300 On-Camera LED Light is one of a series of on-camera LED lights from Yongnuo Digital. This compact, adjustable unit offers two dimming modes (rough and fine), four barndoors, a power-on/brightness adjustment knob, and four filter panels. The included IR remote control not only enables you to adjust and power the YN-300, but also provides shutter control for Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Pentax DSLRs with IR reception. It also features an auto-dimming mode that adjusts the light s output according to the ambient light level.
Designed to work with most DSLRs and small camcorders, the light can be powered using one L-series battery. Push-button LEDs display the remaining battery power, the mode status, and the luminance level. Three options provide you with choices for mounting: on a hot shoe, on a flat surface using the mini plate, or handheld using the included handle.
