This compact Wheeled Case for Sony FS7 + Lens + Back Ext. + Bottomplate from Jason Cases features a custom laser-cut foam interior specifically designed to hold your gear within a Pelican IM2975 wheeled hard case. The layout of the case interior protects your gear during transport and storage.

The shell of the case is made with injection-molded HPX high performance resin to make it virtually unbreakable, dent and shatter resistant. It is tough, rugged, lightweight, air and watertight. There is a permanently attached Vortex valve that automatically adjusts air pressure without letting in water, and won t unscrew from the case. Press & Pull latches open with the push of a button, yet stay closed securely under impact or stress. The case has unbreakable molded-in hasps that allow the addition of standard size padlocks. It has hinges with integrated feet that hold fast under impact, and create a flat surface for upright stability. Carry the case with the three double-layered, soft-grip, solid-core handles, or roll it with the lightweight, retractable, telescoping handle and rugged in-line wheels.

Foam Layout

High-grade, laser-cut foam holds Sony PXW-FS7 with lens, back extension module, and bottomplate (Sony, Vocas, Zacuto, Movecam, etc) with attached top handle, EVF / LCD monitor, EVF mount, Sony side arm handle with cable, 4 V-mount or Anton Bauer batteries, V-mount battery charger, charger with cables, and Sony remote. The foam has 4 slots for XQD media and multiple accessory slots.

Overlay

The overlay is made from exterior-grade, UV-stable composite engraving material optimal for foam reinforcement and display purposes. The 2-tone composite uses a high-contrast blend for clear and professionally engraved markings. It provides extra strength and extends the life of the foam by protecting the upper surface, and it is permanently adhered to the top layer of foam. It also helps to label the spaces for the equipment so that your crew always puts your gear back in the right spot.
