The 3-year from AJA provides software updates, priority phone and email support, and advance hardware exchange free of charge. If there's a hardware issue with your BRIDGE LIVE streaming device, AJA will try to fix it with you over the phone. If that doesn't help, they will immediately send out a new unit, and you will have 30 days to return your existing one.
