Videon EZ Max Overview

Transmit simultaneous streams with multiple profiles and up to UHD 4K60 H.265/HEVC video using the EZ Max Encoder from Videon. This multi-channel input/multi-streaming output unit has one HDMI and two 12G-SDI inputs, supporting a maximum input resolution of 4K60 that support a backup feed or an additional camera angle. One of the 12G-SDI inputs can also be used as a loop through output when only one input is required. Streaming outputs include up to four streams using multiple profiles using the high-speed, low-latency H.265/HEVC codec to sites such as Facebook, YouTube, Switch, or AWS. The EZ Max is compatible with LiveEdge Cloud Control, the cloud service included with vCare that provides the ability to add various broadcast functionalities such as ad markers, custom metadata, or overlays.

This compact 1 RU encoder features ultralow latency with HLS/DASH/SRT/RTMP/RTSP streaming formats, a powerful Snapdragon 865 processor, a 3.5mm audio input, and supports embedded HDMI and SDI audio up to 48 kHz. It can record the stream to an SD card via its built-in card slot or to an external USB drive using its USB 3.0 port while it streams to the network via its Ethernet port.
