INOGENI INO-HOST BUTTON Overview

The Host Button from INOGENI will activate the Toggle Rooms Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) mode, which allows your laptop to host the meeting. In this mode, your laptop is the system that will be selected to interface with the main USB and HDMI peripherals. The Room PC is completely disconnected from the setup.

Requirements

• Can be installed on the table or through the table
• It connects to the unit with a simple CAT cable (not included)
• By default, the button will configure the device to operate in Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) mode

To Activate BYOM Mode (Laptop Host)

• The laptop needs to be connected via a USB-C cable or USB-B and HDMI cables
• When the button is activated, a light will illuminate, connecting the peripherals (cameras, audio, or videobar) to the laptop for a BYOM meeting hosted by the laptop

User Controls

• The button controls the device through GPI interface
• The device automatically detects new connections
• Physical button on the unit itself for installation with a technician
