Barco PDS-4K DisplayPort Overview

The PDS-4K UHD 4K HDMI Presentation Switcher with Audio/DisplayPort Card from Barco offers high-quality UHD 4K processing with single screen and dual screen. Six HDMI 2.0 inputs, two DisplayPort 1.2 inputs, and four HDMI 2.0 outputs with ultralow latency processing, provide smooth video playback and seamless transitions between inputs to maximize audience engagement. Two live inputs may be shown simultaneously with the available PiP layers, and superior signal clarity and minimum scaling artifacts are achieved thanks to the Event Master Athena scaling technology.

The intuitive PDS-4K switcher allows you to easily switch between the input sources and navigate among the preconfigured layouts, and it is fully compatible with all Barco visualization solutions and presentation devices such as ClickShare. Thanks to the API, the switcher can be combined with Barco Overture or other third-party control panels and controlled with the Event Master toolset. A vast range of optional cards ensure expandability and future-proof upgradability. This model supports Dante Audio.
