The 4 x 4 to 32 x 32 Modular 4K60 4:2:0 Multi-Format Managed Digital Matrix Switcher from Kramer is a high-performance matrix switcher chassis for AV signals. The unit is modular and populated from 4x4 to 32x32 in increments of four inputs and four outputs. A power supply, control module, and test module that can monitor and test any input and output in the matrix are featured. The chassis can support a separately available second redundant power supply and a wide variety of separately available input and output cards for different AV signals.
Kramer network management offers automatic discovery through the network, FW upgrade management for matrix and cards, and identify card type and location. It also indicates card status (module ID and actual firmware versions), matrix switching, and specified card features configuration like volume levels on audio cards. The switcher stores and recalls predefined switching scenarios, integrated Maestro automation, and more. A mini-USB port for communicating with unit and FW upgrade, input and output audio jacks for unit testing, and a reset button for unit reset are featured.
