Translite Global TL-9242A Overview

Encode and stream HDMI video for cable distribution and digital broadcasting using the TL-9242A 4-Channel HDMI H.264/MPEG-2 HD Encoder from Translite Global. This MPEG-2 and MPEG4 AVC/H.264 streaming encoder supports up to 1080p60 video input and output and features an LCD screen and control via the front-panel buttons or a web interface. Video is output via two ASI BNC connectors, via IP with one multipoint and four single points over UDP, and via an RJ45 port via RTP.

HDMI Input

Video Encoding

• This encoder offers both MPEG-2 HD/SD and MPEG4 AVC/H.264 HD/SD video encoding formats.
