Evolution HDMI PoE Receiver Overview
The EVRX2006 HDMI PoE Receiver from Evolution utilizes a single Cat 5e/6 cable to transmit high-definition video and audio signals, along with IR and power, up to 164 . Employing Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, it eliminates the need for a separate power supply by transmitting power over the Cat 5e/6 cable. With automatic EDID and EQ adjustments, this receiver ensures compatibility and optimal signal gain without requiring manual adjustments.
The slim and compact chassis facilitates easy and flexible installation. The product fully supports DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD audio formats and complies with HDCP standards. It also supports bidirectional IR passthrough, enabling control of the video source or display. The EVRX2006 is compatible with Evolution Series Splitters, Matrix Selector Switches, and Extender Transmitters over Cat 5e/6 cables with PoE functionality.
