The Ocean Matrix 4K HDMI to HDMI Audio Extractor/De-Embedder extracts the audio signal from an HDMI input and passes the audio output through a TOSLINK optical or analog audio output. This allows you to independently route the signal to a sound system. At the same time, the HDMI input supports the pass-through of video, audio, and data via the HDMI Type-A connector. The extractor supports video signals up to 4K 50/60 Hz, and it supports 1920 x 1080 up to 120 Hz.
The extractor passes LPCM 2/5.1/7.1CH, Dolby Digital, DTS 5.1, Dolby Digital+, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby ATMOS, and DTS:X audio that is embedded in the HDMI signal. The Optical (TOSLINK) connector outputs LPCM 2CH, LPCM 5.1, Dolby Digital 2/5.1CH, and DTS 2/5.1CH, while the 3.5mm stereo output supports analog audio. The extractor supports CEC bypass, which allows you to control a device that is connected downstream of the extractor. The extractor features a rugged metal enclosure and has an LED indicator for HDMI signal detection.
