Applicability
DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a brand new un-activated DJI product or a DJI handheld device activated within the last 30 days. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.

If damage occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.
