It consists of a tilt and swivel mount and a handlebar mount that offers a single 3/8`-16 and three 1/4`-20 mounting threads. The tilt and swivel mount screws into one of the 1/4`-20 threads and can be tilt-/swivel-adjusted on the top and bottom to set your monitor at the desired angle. Alternatively, various other accessories can be screwed into any of the four threads.
