Take the advantages of your 3-axis motorized gimbal and bring them to car mount rigs with the DigitalFoto Solutions HULK-ARMII Tri-Way 3-Axis Arm with Vibration Isolator for Car Mounting Systems for smooth moving shots of landscapes, dramatic POV shots, and car-to-car traveling shots. The HULK-ARMII mounts on tubes from 1.25 to 1.4 in diameter, supports up to a total of 15.4 lb of camera and gimbal, and provides adjustable arm tension in addition to hydraulic dampening in three axes.
Once the arm is mounted (car mount not included), use the included vibration isolator between the arm and your gimbal to further reduce small oscillations that can be difficult for your gimbal to deal with. The arm has two integrated V-mount battery plates to provide power to your gimbal and camera. Adjustments of the tension and drag are simple and straightforward, allowing you to rapidly tune the system to support your rig.
Mounting
The arm mounts on tubes that are 1.25 to 1.41 in diameter. Tubes from 1.65 to 1.88 in diameter require an optional clamp. A car mounting rig is not included, and safety straps are recommended but not included with this item.
Quick Release Plate
An included quick release base allows you to securely attach your gimbal to the vibration isolator also included with the HULK-ARMII.
Load Capacity
The Arm supports up to 15.4 lb of gimbal and camera.
