ALZO Bod-A-Boom Camera Shoulder Mount

Perfect for taking senior pictures with a disability in right arm and unable to physically hold camera weight in hand for hours. Love it!!!

I use this to carry binoculars and reduce shake when viewing wildlife (chiefly birds). ;This may be an unusual use for something designed for digital imaging, but it works. ;Take one deep breath and let it out, and with your breathing instinct thereby suppressed for a few seconds, the view, through even 20X binoculars, is free of almost all movement. It's a lot less expensive than image-stabilized binoculars, too :-) ;So far I've tried it with 20X60 Pentax, 8.5X42 Swarovski, and 8X42 Nikon binoculars. ;Basically, you are using the Bod-A-Boom to turn yourself into a "bipod" without any need to carry a monopod or tripod. Why not 5 stars? ;Four niggling issues: 1. the padding on the shoulders is very loose and slides off far too easily. They need some hook-and-loop glued on (easily accomplished) to hold them in place. 2. The controls as received are rather stiff. 3. The included instructions are too brief. You can figure it all out, but it'd be nice to have a better description. 4. The waist belt (essentially a length of 2" webbing) could use some padding for ;heavier loads like the 20X60's. The issue of "esthetics" arises. You will look a bit strange walking around with it but the improvement in the viewing is well worth the occasional odd look.
