ARRI Basic Cine Set for Sony BURANO Overview

The provides support and accessory mounting options for your BURANO camera. This lightweight set includes a two-piece top cheese plate, a 15mm LWS rod console, a 15mm LWS bridge plate, an adapter plate, and a pair of 9.4" lightweight 15mm rods. Read more below about each kit item in this kit.

ARRI Top Plate for Sony BURANO

The Top Mounting Plate for Sony BURANO from ARRI provides a variety of accessory mounting options while maintaining support for a top handle. This cheese plate features a detachable center that can be removed to accommodate a Sony BURANO, Sony FX9 (includes height adjustment), or ARRI CCH-4 top handle. It incorporates multiple M4 and anti-twist 3/8" -16 and 1/4" -20 accessory threads and interfaces for left/right and rear side brackets. ARRI multi-hex screws are used for mounting the plate on your camera.

ARRI Plate for Sony VENICE 1/2

The Plate for Sony VENICE 1/2 from ARRI is specifically designed to work with the original VENICE and VENICE 2 digital cinema cameras. This plate is compatible with the BPA-5 Bridge Plate and BSA-1 Broadcast Shoulder Adapters. It provides front and rear 15mm LWS rod supports, enabling you to flesh out your camera rig with rod-mounted accessories.

M4 threads enable you to mount both right and left side brackets, and anti-twist locating pins prevent the plate from skewing when attached to the bottom of the camera.

ARRI BPA-5 Bridge Plate Adapter

The BPA-5 Bridge Plate Adapter from ARRI allows you to quickly transfer your camera from a shoulder plate to a cine-style bridge plate such as the BP-8 or BP-9. The adapter is compatible with the plate for the Sony VENICE (available separately).

ARRI 15mm LWS Rod Console

The ARRI 15mm LWS Rod Console adds 15mm rod support to your camera rig. This component can be mounted to several ARRI support accessories such as baseplates, top plates and cheese plates. The console can be useful when you want to add extra support for long rods when using a heavy lens or accessory, or to provide rod support in a second location on your camera rig.
