Simply attach this extremely versatile plate to the top of your FX6 camera to add two NATO rails with spring-loaded safety catches, multiple 3/8 -16 and 1/4 -20 threaded holes, with steel Heli-Coil inserts to prevent stripping, QD, and even two M5 threads on the front for attaching lens adapter supports to your camera. A relocating point allows you to attach clips for cable management.

Heli-Coil, NATO, and QD

With threaded mounting holes, NATO, and QD points, you can easily change your rig configuration to match your needs. The stainless-steel Heli-Coiled 1/4 -20 and 3/8 -16 fittings provide added strength and prevent threads from stripping or binding. Quick Detach (QD) sockets provide a rapid way to connect and disconnect straps and anchors for extra peace of mind in fast-paced situations.

Lens Adapter Support

When using the Sony FX6 with large PL mount lenses, adapter supports can be secured using the two M5 mounting points at the front of the top plate. The solid connection ensures that your lens adapter stays firmly in place, eliminating any chance of flex or play.

Compatibility

The Top Plate can also be used with the Bright Tangerine Top Plate Filler Piece (B4004.1006) to add a third NATO rail in the middle, providing a central mounting point. This is useful for gimbal builds and other setups where the FX6 handle is not required.

The LeftField 3 15mm LWS Quick Release Baseplate Core from Bright Tangerine combines with different interchangeable Bright Tangerine riser blocks and dovetail plates for compatibility with multiple different cameras, tripods, and gimbals. The optional riser blocks provide the correct optical height for each camera and can be swapped in as needed.

The LeftField 3 Baseplate Core attaches to any ARRI-standard dovetail or the Bright Tangerine Left Field ARRI-Style Dovetail Plate. Using Bright Tangerine s Open ¢Up quick release system, it allows you to quickly switch between shoulder rigs, tripods, gimbals, and other camera supports such as the KASBAH shoulder pad. It also features a sliding, locking base that helps achieve optimal balance wherever you mount it.

The Baseplate Core provides front and rear 15mm LWS rod mounts for attaching accessories. Other LeftField components, such as side plates, supports, and grips can be attached to dedicated mounting threads to build up a full cage.

The 4 Left Field ARRI-Style Dovetail Plate from Bright Tangerine is an ARRI-standard dovetail with multiple accessory mounts. When used with a separately available Left Field 15mm LWS Baseplate, the Dovetail Plate functions as a quick release plate.

This cheese plate can mount onto the top or bottom of your camera and incorporates multiple 1/4 -20, 3/8 -16, and ARRI anti-twist accessory mounts. The two removable safety screws can also be used to fix the plate onto your camera.

Ensure your Sony FX6 is at the correct optical height for the 15mm LWS rod standard with this Sony FX6 Riser from Bright Tangerine. The camera mounts onto the riser using captive 1/4 -20 and 3/8 -16 camera screws, and it then mounts onto the Left Field 15mm LWS Baseplate Core using the six included screws. The captive screws allow the camera to be quickly and easily removed from the baseplate.
