The formfitting cage mounts onto your camera and leaves open access to all ports and slots. The cage mounts onto a baseplate that provides 15mm LWS rod ports for mounting on separately available rods to create a studio or shoulder-mounted rig, as well as providing a riser for the camera.
You can handhold the rig using the aluminum top handle, which offers low-angle shooting options and an easy way to transport the rig. It also features a shoe mount on top for a light, microphone, or monitor accessory. The wooden side handle offers an optional handheld configuration and is made from contoured wood for a comfortable grip. The cage also features multiple 1/4 -20 and 3/8 -16 threads for adding a variety of accessories. The cage breaks down into four parts for transport and storage.
