This MID49 Baseline Bridgeplate for 19mm rods is compatible with standard ARRI dovetails. It features a familiar lock and unlock lever for balancing your camera along the dovetail plate. In addition, the locking lever can be extended allowing you to remove the baseplate directly from the dovetail rails and not have to slide it off the back, although you can if you wish. The lever lock system also allows you to directly mount the baseplate on the dovetail rails without sliding it on from the back.
