Surround your GH5 with this Protective Cage from CAME-TV and start building a 15mm LWS rig around it. The cage itself is form-fitted to the body of the GH5 and allows full access to the battery and camera controls, as well as operation of the flip-out LCD monitor. The exterior features 1/4 -20 threaded holes and a cold shoe mount for securing accessories and articulating arms. Lens accessories such as a follow focus, lens support, or matte box, can be mounted on separately available 15mm rods which can be secured to the cage using the included 15mm LWS rod clamp. The cage can be quickly detached from the rod clamp for convenient handheld shooting. Included with the cage is a rail-mounted top handle. Also, 1/4 -20 and 3/8 -16 threads are available for further accessory mounting, as well as a 15mm rod clamp for attaching an EVF or monitor. The entire construction of the cage is tool-less, and the cage can be assembled and disassembled quickly before and after your shoot, respectively.
