This durable aluminum Camera Half Cage with 15mm Rod Support & Top Handle from CAMVATE is designed to protect your DSLR or small camera while providing mounting options for accessories. It comes with a camera baseplate, a tripod baseplate, two swappable side cheese rods, two crossbars, a top plate, a top handle, and two 7.8` long 15mm rods.
The camera baseplate features a 1/4`-20 mounting screw for securing your camera, and it features rubber pads for protecting your camera from scratches and prevent twisting. The cage also comes with 4.9 and 5.7` side cheese rods for mounting a variety of cameras. The side rods provide multiple 1/4`-20 and 3/8`-16 accessory mounting threads.
The bottom of the tripod base features multiple 1/4`-20 and 3/8`-16 threads for mounting on standard tripods. It also includes two 15mm rod blocks for improved stability and additional mounting options. The top handle allows you to perform low-angle shots and features a single 15mm rod port and a shoe mount, as well as plenty of 1/4`-20 and 3/8`-16 accessory threads.
