The Henri rig features a swing-away Bolex-style handle with an integrated start/stop button, a shutter release cable, a quick release plate, a dual-rod system with multiple rod length options to add an optional follow focus or matte box, and you can utilize the included lens mount adapters so you can utilize a variety of cine lenses. The bracket mounts around your choice of lens or the lens adapter, creating a handy director s viewfinder.

Your compact SL2 or SL2-S mounts easily onto the HENRI when a lens is attached, and the whole assembly (without the lens attached) weighs only 4 lb, providing an ideal director s finder to your set. The kit comes with a Pelican 1450 case with a custom-cut foam insert to store and transport the entire kit.

Director s Finder and Filming Mode

The Leica SL2 and SL2-S models are designed with the cinematographer in mind, and the Henri system makes shooting with the camera and professional cine lenses even easier.

The SL2/SL2-S sensor can be selected for either full frame or cropped to an APS-C/Super 35 size depending on the format of the lenses.

Frame lines for common aspect ratios can be applied for either setting. The available frame lines include 1.33:1, 1.66:1, 1.78:1, 1.85:1, 2.35:1, and 2.40:1.
