This Neewer Full Camera Cage is designed to fit your Canon EOS R8 camera to add additional mounting points to its configuration while maintaining access to its ports and controls. The cage features multiple 1/4" -20 and 3/8" -16 threads to attach articulating arms, side handles, or the included cable clamp. Two cold shoe mounts and two NATO rails can accommodate microphones or fill lights. Your camera secures inside the cage via a 1/4" -20 mounting screw. An integrated Arca-type baseplate makes for efficient transitions between handheld and tripod or gimbal-based configurations.
