Neewer Half Camera Cage with Cable Clamp for Canon R6/R6 II

Provide accessory mounting and protection for your Canon EOS R6 or R6 II camera with the lightweight aluminum Half Camera Cage with Cable Clamp from Neewer. This formfitting half cage features a sleek, rough-black finish with carbon fiber-style details, maintains access to the camera's controls, battery, and SD card slot, and features a variety of mounting options.

The camera mounts onto the cage using a single 1/4" -20 screw, and there are anti-twist pins and rubber padding on the base to prevent the camera from twisting or scratching. In addition to multiple 1/4" -20 and 3/8" -16 accessory threads, the cage features ARRI-style locating holes to prevent accessories from twisting when mounted on the cage. The included cable clamp attaches to the side of the cage and secures your HDMI and USB cables to prevent pulling or disconnection.

The cage features an integrated Arca-type mount on the base, so you can mount it onto standard Arca-type tripod heads and gimbals. There is a shoe mount and NATO rail on top, and an integrated strap slot on the side allows you to add a separately available hand or wrist strap. A screwdriver for securing the camera screw is stored on the bottom of the cage.

Formfitting Half Cage

This precision-machined half cage is fully compatible with Canon EOS R6 and R6 Mark II cameras to provide mounting points for accessories while leaving one side open for easy access to buttons, ports, card slots, lens release button, and the articulating LCD screen. It is lighter and more compact than full cages, perfect for on-the-go or handheld shooting scenarios.

Secure Camera Installation

This cage firmly attaches to your camera via three points: a 1/4" -20 screw, a locating pin, and an anti-twist lock that fixes the camera's strap eyelet. A nonslip rubber pad adds stability and protects the camera from scratches.

Multiple Mounting Points

A 3/8" -26 ARRI locating hole and multiple 1/4" -20 threads with locating holes are available for magic arms, ball heads, and vertical and horizontal tripod mounting. There is a cold shoe for wireless microphones or LED lights, and an integrated NATO rail for monitor mounts (such as MA004 and MA005) and top handles (such as CA007 and CA008). It is also compatible with SmallRig video rig accessories.

Arca-Type Base

With a standard Arca-type base, the cage can be mounted on a tripod head, and it is also compatible with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, and RS 3 Pro handheld gimbals, enabling you to seamlessly switch between rigs. It can directly mount onto the gimbals without removing the quick release baseplate, saving valuable time.

HDMI Cable Clamp

The hand-tightened cable clamp can secure an HDMI cable to prevent pulls and disconnects. It is adjustable for various cable sizes.
