The cage provides a variety of mounting options for your camera to add a microphone, handle, monitor, or other accessories. It incorporates multiple 1/4 -20 threads and a shoe mount on top.
Constructed from lightweight yet durable aluminum, the cage maintains access to the camera s controls and ports when mounted on your camera. The camera secures to the base using a 1/4 -20 screw, and rubber padding on the base prevents twisting and scratching. Threads on the front facilitate optional accessories such as a lens support or rod mount.
