Zacuto Camera Cage for Panasonic S5
The open-style Camera Cage from Zacuto provides protection for your Panasonic S5 camera and support for a variety of accessories. The lightweight, formfitting aluminum cage is designed to use your camera s neck strap eyelets, using the cage s strap slots to keep your camera secure.
The design of the cage allows access to all the camera s functions, battery, and SD card compartments, and it leaves your camera s hot shoe unobstructed. It comes with a hand strap for additional security and has an HDMI cable clamp to protect your cable from pulling. There are multiple 1/4 -20 threads around the cage for mounting accessories such as handles, arms, and plates. The top of the cage features an integrated Z-Rail to mount a variety of Z-Rail/NATO-type accessories, such as an optional top handle.
The base of the cage features an integrated Arca-type plate compatible with a Zacuto ACT mount or any standard Arca-type mount. The bottom also features 1/4 -20 and 3/8 -16 threads to mount on a tripod or a baseplate. The camera mounts using 1/4 -20 screws on the base and sides of the cage to prevent twisting.
