The ARRI Balance Harness Adapter BHA-1 mounts onto the Lightweight Camera Handle LCH-1 for the ALEXA 35 cinema camera and provides quick camera balancing when using a suspension harness. It slides back and forth over the handle, allowing for easy balancing, and it secures using a thumbscrew. There is also one 3/8" -16 thread available on the adapter for mounting an accessory.
