The kit includes five 1/4 -20 to 3/8 -16 female-to-female studs, five 1/4 -20 to 1/4 -20 male-to-male screws, five 3/8 -16 to 3/8 -16 male-to-male screws, and five 1/4 -20 to 3/8 -16 male-to-male screws.
The female threaded studs can attach to either a 1/4 -20 or 3/8 -16 threaded screw for mounting an articulating arm or to the top of a light stand with a threaded screw top to provide a Baby pin-like mounting surface. The male-to-male screws feature a ridged center ring that provides a good grip for threading the screw into or out of a threaded hole.
