This sturdy bracket will support loads as high as 6 pounds, so it should have no problem handling most on-camera monitors up to 5.5 . The bracket features a 1/4 -20 mounting screw on the raised arm, so your monitor will need to have a 1/4 -20 threaded mounting hole on its side.
Tightening the mounting screw secures your monitor to the bracket, and once mounted you can adjust the monitor s rotation to move the monitor into just the right position for the shot. On the bracket s riser arm is a built-in cold shoe and threaded 1/4 -20 mounting hole. This allows you to utilize your camera s cold shoe for the bracket without losing the ability to add accessories such as a light, microphone, or other accessory arm.
The rotation bracket features a knuckle that allows you to set your monitor s rotation and then secure the monitor in that position.
