The FotodioX Pro Yoke Support Bracket for Long Lenses v.2 snaps onto industry standard 15mm rods and is designed to transfer much of the weight of a long lens away from the camera s lens mount. This aluminum support also helps spread the weight more evenly across the rig, enabling steadier shooting.
The Pro Yoke Support Bracket v.2 features a shallow, Y-shaped yoke mounted over an adjustable riser, and can accommodate DSLR-type lenses of almost any size. The yoke can be removed to reveal a stud for use with select lenses with a 1/4 -20 threaded support foot. To use the Yoke Lens Support, you will need a 15mm rod system that is compatible with your camera (available separately).
