The HDMI screws onto the side of the cage and clamps down on the HDMI cable plugged into the GH3/GH4 or A7/A7r/A7s. Once it is clamped onto the HDMI, it will prevent the cable from being accidentally pulled out or bent, protecting your camera s HDMI input.
