The 1/4"-20 Screw with Ball is a component of the Leofoto AM-8 modular magic arm system. It allows you to secure the AM-8 main body to the 1/4"-20 threaded hole offered on the side of the mounting platform of select tripods. It consists of a 1/4"-20 screw on one end and an 18mm diameter ball on the other. The ball inserts into the AM-8, and the 1/4"-20 end screws into the tripod. The ball also features a 3/8"-16 threaded hole in the center with a 1/4"-20 bushing installed.
