A V-mount plate on one side of the mounting device secures a compatible battery to supply power to your peripheral accessories or camera from the battery's output port. Multiple 1/4" -20 and 3/8" -16 threads on the plate allow you to attach the included rod clamp or mount an articulating arm or wireless transmitter to the back of your rig. Use the quick release lock to easily switch out batteries on set. Protruding edges on the plate ensure the battery remains in place.
