The top plate features a 1/4 -20 camera mounting screw with a locating pin. Once secured to the bottom of your camera, the plate slides onto the included baseplate and is secured with a tightening screw. The baseplate has one 3/8 -16 thread and three 1/4 -20 threads to mount it on a gimbal or tripod. A bushing adapter converts the 3/8 -16 thread to a 1/4 -20 thread.
