Shipping and delivery

Shipping prices will be calculated at check-out, based on the weight of the goods, the country to which we are dispatching, and the shipping service you choose.

Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at our warehouse. Availability on these items will show as “Item ships within X days”. The estimated delivery time shown reflects the shipping time once ProGop.com gets the item in stock (Time to Stock). If one of the items in your order include one of these non-regularly stocked items, we will ask you during checkout to choose whether you would like us to ship your full order when all items are in stock or if you would like to a split shipment (this will not cost you more).

When will I receive my order?

The likely delivery timescale for orders will depend on the availability of the items you order, the delivery method you choose (where applicable) and the shipping destination country.

Delivery times can be calculated based on formula: Time to stock + X days

  • Time to stock is the number of days we need to prepare your order for shipment or how long manufacturer or supplier needs to deliver the product to our warehouse. All products on our website state the usual time to stock or dispatch time usually as “Item ships within X days”.
  • X days is the time the courier service needs to deliver the products to address in your country. This information is provided in the estimated shipping prices table below.

Deliveries can be any time up to 6pm although most deliveries are made before 1pm.

Deliveries to EU countries

Goods delivered to address within European Union will typically be delivered within 2 to 10 working days of dispatch. However, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery of goods unless advised otherwise.

VAT is not charged to EU business customers who provide a valid VAT registration number. VAT numbers are validated through the VIES VAT number validation portal.

All shipments to customers based outside the EU are exempt from VAT and will include a full commercial invoice to aid customs clearance in the destination country. Orders outside the European Union are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your destination country. ProGop.com is not responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

Delivery tracking

We use GLS or DPD parcel service for our deliveries. GLS or DPD tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as we will ship the order. Please note that no information will be available for the tracking number until GLS or DPD has actually picked up the package. Please allow up to one business day for tracking information to become available. All deliveries require a signature.

Please note

  • We are only able to dispatch goods once payment has been received.
  • All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
  • If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you via email or phone and place your product/s on back-order once you have agreed you would like to wait. If you choose to put your order on back-order, we will provide you with personalized weekly updates and will notify you once your order has shipped. If one or more of your items is in stock and you are waiting on other item/s, you can have your order part shipped. A sales representative will keep you updated on the remaining portion of your order, and can provide tracking information for both shipments.

Legal Notice

Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, the delivery times given by us are a best estimate - if circumstances beyond our control conspire against us (adverse weather, traffic etc), we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage you may incur as a result.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
